ps commands



PS COMMANDS:

Ps command is used to shows active processes.

Syntax:
ps [option]


Some of the basic ps commands are-

1) ps - a
Displays all processes on a terminal, with the exception of group leaders.


2) ps -c
Displays scheduler data.


3) ps - d
Displays all processes with the exception of session leaders.


4) ps - e
Displays all processes.


5) ps - f
Displays a full listing.


6) ps - j
Displays the process group ID and session ID.


7) ps - l
Displays a long listing
