cloud computing can solving Gene expression

How cloud computing can solving Gene expression data analysis? Explain in detail?
ANS:- Gene expression is the process  by which the information  encoded in gene is used to direct the assembly of a proteins molecule. The cell reads the sequence of the gene in group of three bases. Each group of three bases(Codon) correspond to one of 20 different amino acid used to build the protein.
In other word gene expression  is the process by which information from a gene is used in the synthesis of a functional gene product. These product  are often protein, but in non protein coding gene such as rRNA gene or tRNA genes, the product is a functional RNA. Another Example of Gene Expression is Cancer Data analysis.

Cancer :-The disease caused by an uncontrolled division of abnormal cells in a part of the body. A malignant growth or tumor resulting from such a division of cells. Cancer is a term used for diseases in which abnormal cells divide without control and are able to invade other tissues.
Cancer cells can spread to other parts of the body through the blood and lymph systems.
Some of the cancer types are:-
·      Carcinoma - cancer that begins in the skin or in tissues that line or cover internal organs.
·      Sarcoma - cancer that begins in bone, cartilage, fat, muscle, blood vessels, or other connective or supportive tissue.
·      Leukemia - cancer that starts in blood-forming tissue such as the bone marrow.
·      Lymphoma and myeloma - cancers that begin in the cells of the immune system.

·   Central nervous system cancers - cancers that begin in the tissues of the brain and spinal cord.

·       Gene expression analysis is a process of  analyzing the hundreds and thousands of genes at a time.
·        The main  Application of gene expression is  cancer diagnosis and it’s treatment.
·        As we Know that the cancer occurs due to uncontrolled growth and division of cells.
·        This is because the mutation of genes that regulates the cell growth.
·       All the cancerous cells contains mutated genes.
